“Elevate Construction Ltd built our small wooden one-bedroom house in just over a year.
We had regular monthly site meetings in which the team discussed progress and plans going ahead. These were excellent, and informative. Elevate gave excellent suggestions e.g. leaving a tiny gap with black underneath, for the interior ecoply, instead of butting it with no gaps. It looks wonderful and pleasing to the eye, this tiny suggestion.
Organisation: Reon was exceptionally good at pre-ordering materials, so delays were not a problem e.g. gib.
Where incorrect building supplies were delivered e.g. exterior cladding, Craig and Reon were quick to have it returned so the correct wood arrived pronto.
I found their workmanship to be of a very high standard indeed.
They were mindful of my wishes for black fittings e.g. light switches and plugs. Reon made a point of getting my chimney powder-coated black, as he knew I would prefer that to stainlesss steel silver.
Elevate had a good relationship with the sub-contractors, and the team functioned very well.
I cannot praise their work highly enough. They are an exceptional team.”
